About Immigration Under Trump

Second, I’m an Immigration Lawyer. When the inevitable defeat of Kamala Harris loomed in late 2024, much like the inevitable defeat of Hillary Clinton in 2016 - I knew what would happen next; a slew of immigration client calls wondering about whether they were going to be carted out from their homes. Some even asked if they should just give up and sell their homes in 2025.

And as each news cycle - now every day - drums up Trump’s immigration policy to an 11 out of 10, I felt a messianic responsiblity to explain to my clients what was actually happening in policy as opposed to what was being reported1.

I also needed to provide clear solutions to what seemed, and is actually chaotic policymaking.

Hence, I started www.immigrationundertrump.com. The articles are meant to lure individuals - mostly the whites - who are not directly affected under Trump’s immigration policies2. But the articles are really meant to address potential solutions to clients who have critical, life decisions to make in the next four years.
